Job Description – HR Intern

1. Brief About the Position / Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support the HR team in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to various HR functions and recruitment processes.

2. Job Description:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri, Indeed.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
• Schedule telephonic, virtual, and physical interviews.
• Assist in preparing and posting Job Descriptions (JDs).
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

3. Reporting and Team:

• Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Executive
• Department: Human Resource.

4. Work Location & Language Spoken:

• Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
• Language: English, Hindi.

5. Skill Set:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes

6. Grade & Salary:

• Grade: Intern.
• Stipend: 8k to 10k.

7. Qualification: Any graduate pursuing/completed HR-related studies.

Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior internship or exposure to recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.

8. KPI / KRA (Key Performance Indicators / Key Result Areas):

• Timely sourcing and screening of relevant candidates
• Interview scheduling and candidate coordination
• Maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and databases
• Timely follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
