About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to gain practical, hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with bulk hiring and placement drives.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain HR records.
• Assist with other HR-related activities as required.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed BBA, HR, Business Administration, or a related degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Genuine interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team.
