HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, sourcing, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
• Assist with attendance, leave, HRMS, and employee engagement.
• Support exit formalities and HR reports.
• Handle assigned tasks and contribute new ideas.

Requirements:

• 0-1 year of Experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and showcase HR skills.
• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

Learning: Recruitment, HR Operations, HRMS, Employee Lifecycle, Engagement & HR Documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
