HR Intern

About the role

To provide support to the Human Resources Department in recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative functions while gaining practical exposure to core HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on various job portals

• Support recruitment activities such as job fairs and hiring events, when available

• Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities including town halls, webinars, and other internal events

• Provide logistical and administrative support for engagement initiatives

• Assist in monitoring, organizing, and validating employee timekeeping records

• Support the HR team in timekeeping-related documentation and reports

• Organize, maintain, and update HR files and records

• Perform ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR facets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Location: Taytay, Rizal
