HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our recruitment consultancy team in Mumbai. The intern will support our recruiters in sourcing candidates, identifying potential clients, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and assisting with day-to-day recruitment activities.Key Responsibilities* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.* Search and shortlist candidates according to client job requirements.* Conduct initial candidate screening and collect relevant candidate information.* Contact candidates through phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.* Research companies and identify HR Managers, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and hiring decision-makers.* Assist in building new client databases across sectors such as Real Estate, BFSI, IT, Hospitality, Accounting/Finance, and Retail.* Support recruiters with job postings and candidate mapping.* Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.* Assist with onboarding and documentation activities.* Learn and support the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.Skills Required* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms.* Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.* Ability to conduct online research.* Good follow-up and coordination skills.* Basic understanding of recruitment and HR.* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.* Ability to work with targets and deadlines.Preferred Candidate* MBA/PGDM in HR or currently pursuing HR/MBA.* BBA/BMS/BBM or any graduate with an interest in recruitment.* Freshers are welcome.* Candidates with previous recruitment/sourcing internship experience are preferred.What the Intern Will Learn* End-to-end recruitment.* LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.* Candidate screening.* Client and business development research.* Interview coordination.* Recruitment CRM/database management.* Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition processes.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
