Southwestern University PHINMA is looking for HR Interns!

Are you a motivated student looking to gain real-world experience in a dynamic Human Resources department? Southwestern University PHINMA is offering an internship opportunity for passionate individuals eager to learn and contribute to the team.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Psychology, Business Administration, or any relevant field
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities:

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Help in organizing and updating employee records, filing, and preparing HR documents.
• Support the process of welcoming new hires, including preparing onboarding materials.
• Provide daily administrative support to the HR team and assist with other relevant tasks.
• Address the basic inquiries of employees/applicants who visit the HR office and direct to appropriate HR personnel as needed.
