WE’RE HIRING — HR INTERN

UPartners is looking for an HR Intern to join our growing business in Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, and many more!

Head Office: Ciputra International Tower, West Jakarta (Hybrid).

What You’ll Do

• Support Talent Acquisition activities, mainly CV sourcing, screening, and candidate interviews
• Assist with recruitment administration and candidate documentation
• Support the HR team with interview arrangements and other recruitment needs
• Occasionally visit our outlets to assist the HR team with recruitment or other HR-related activities
• Support other HR administrative tasks as needed
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or undergraduate students with no active classes, majoring in Psychology, Law, Management, or other related fields

• Previous experience in CV sourcing, recruitment, HR administration, or HR/TA internships is a plus

• Willing to work WFO 3x per week at our Head Office in West Jakarta

• Willing to occasionally visit our outlets when needed

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn
