About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a fast-growing tech company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Support onboarding and induction of new joiners
• Help maintain and update employee records, HRMS/GreytHR data, and attendance trackers
• Assist in drafting HR communications, offer letters, and internal announcements
• Support employer branding initiatives (campus outreach, social media content, career page updates)
• Coordinate with academic institutions for internship and placement partnerships
• Assist with employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
• Support documentation for compliance, policy rollouts, and HR audits
• Help with exit formalities and F&F documentation as needed

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus, not mandatory
