HR Intern

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course
• Must be eligible to complete an internship/OJT as required by the school
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidential employee records
• Willing to learn HR processes, policies, and procedures
• Can assist with recruitment, employee records, attendance, filing, and other HR administrative tasks
• Responsible, reliable, and professional
• Able to work well with employees and different departments
• Willing to work on-site and follow company policies and procedures
• Preferably available for the required number of OJT hours and schedule set by the school/company.

Pay: Php695.00 per year
