HR Intern

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People team. This role is designed for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on, real-world experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with our HR team on everything from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist recruiters with posting open positions, screening resumes, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews across multiple time zones
• Help prepare onboarding materials, coordinate welcome schedules for new hires, and ensure background checks and required documentation are completed
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) while ensuring strict confidentiality
• Help plan, coordinate, and execute internal company events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives
• Support the HR team on ad-hoc projects, such as updating the employee handbook, researching market compensation trends, or analyzing engagement survey data

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a major plus
• A high level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential employee information appropriately
