HR Intern

About the role

Internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in HR operations — from recruitment and engagement to training and administration. Interns will gain valuable exposure to the full HR cycle, receive guidance from experienced HR practitioners, and get a solid understanding of how people management functions within a major logistics corporation.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings and assist in screening and evaluating applications
• Coordinate interview schedules and help facilitate candidate communications
• Assist in onboarding activities and preparation of new hire documentation
• Support in organizing employee engagement programs and company events
• Collect and summarize employee feedback
• Participate in initiatives that strengthen company culture and morale
• Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and evaluation forms
• Assist in preparing learning materials and training documentation
• Support the HR team in post-training analysis and reporting
• Help maintain and update employee files and HR databases

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Proficient in Canva and comfortable creating visually appealing content

• Interested in recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace culture

• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work well with a team

Internship Details

• Work Arrangement: Onsite
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Required Internship Hours: 600 hours
