We're Hiring: HR Intern & IT Internship Coordinator
Qualification: BCA / BSc / BTech / BE / IT-related graduates preferred
Experience: Freshers are welcome
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with interns and technical leads.
- Collect tasks and training plans from leads and communicate them to interns.
- Follow up on intern tasks, training, and progress.
- Support onboarding and training activities.
- Assist with job posting, sourcing, and candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Support recruitment and hiring activities.
- Maintain basic HR and intern records.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of IT/technical concepts.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- BCA / BSc / BTech / BE or related background preferred.
