Job Description

EaseMyTrip is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our HR team in Noida. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who want to gain practical exposure to recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Support onboarding and other HR-related activities.

Requirements

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working from the Noida office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
