HR Intern

About the role

Assist in administering compensation and benefits matters, including staff medical claims, overtime, insurance claims, expense claims, and leave records. Support basic compensation benchmarking, including market salary analysis and review of prevailing benefit practices. Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer administration, and reference checks where required. Provide support for training and development initiatives and HR-related activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support for training and development initiatives and HR-related activities
• Perform other HR tasks as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team
• Proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented
• Strong time management and follow-up skills
