HR Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related requirements.
• Support the HR team in other activities and projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fresh graduates and candidates pursuing HR-related studies are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
