What they need
Job Responsibilities
Assist in posting job openings on recruitment portals
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule interviews and online assessments (DISC and IQ) with candidates and users
Update the candidate database and recruitment tracker
Assist in preparing onboarding documents for new hires
Support HR administration, including employee data and filing
Help organize monthly internal employee events
Requirements
Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Management, Communication, or a related major
Available for an internship of at least 3 months, full time from the office in Cengkareng, West Jakarta
Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms)
Detail oriented, communicative, and eager to learn
Interested in building a career in Human Resources
