Job Description – HR Intern

Organization: Physiocares & Edigillence

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Stipend: ₹5K - 10K per month

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain daily employee attendance records.

Manage leave applications and update leave records.

Assist in hiring and recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.

Support employee onboarding by collecting required documents and completing joining formalities.

Maintain employee documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

Manage and update HR databases, employee files, and other HR-related data.

Assist in implementing and communicating company HR policies and procedures.

Prepare HR reports and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
