Role purpose

You will run high-volume hiring for two populations: field sales (Sales Officers, Territory Sales Executives, Merchandisers) and factory manpower (production operators, packers, helpers, loaders). You own the funnel from sourcing to Day 1, so the right people show up on time and stay.

Key responsibilities

Sales hiring (field roles)

• Source candidates for Sales Officer, TSE and Merchandiser roles through Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, referrals and campus drives.
• Screen on phone for location, two-wheeler and licence, languages, FMCG/distribution experience and salary fit.
• Schedule interviews with Area Sales Managers and close feedback within 48 hours.
• Run walk-in drives in target territories with the sales team.

Factory manpower hiring

• Hire production operators, packers, helpers and loaders through local networks, ITIs, placement agencies and referrals.
• Coordinate with the Plant Manager on shift-wise headcount needs and joining dates.
• Work with contractors on contract labour deployment and keep their documents current (ESI, PF, attendance, wage records).
• Run document checks: Aadhaar, bank details, age proof (no one under 18), photographs.

Onboarding and joining

• Issue offer letters, collect joining documents and complete ESI/PF/UAN registration.
• Conduct Day 1 induction: company intro, safety and hygiene rules, attendance process.
• Call every new joiner on Day 7 and Day 30 to catch early drop-offs.
