HR Intern

Ltd is seeking a talented HR intern to join our team! As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and assist in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Help with employee relations by addressing employee questions and concerns and providing support to the HR team.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and initiatives, such as training programs and team-building activities.
6. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement surveys.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
