About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and maintain interview trackers.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining HR documentation and employee records.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Assist the HR team with daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain recruitment and employee databases with accurate information.
• Prepare basic HR reports and trackers as required.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
