HR Intern

CV Dwi Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in the field of General Supplier & Trading, playing a role in supporting infrastructure development and fulfilling project material requirements across Indonesia. The Semarang branch is looking for an Internship HR for a duration of 3 months.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process
• Support employee administration, including managing employee data and personnel documents
• Support attendance monitoring, employee leave administration, and employee counseling
• Help maintain and organize employee databases and HR documentation
• Support the implementation of employee engagement and internal company activities
• Assist with other HR administrative tasks and projects as needed

About you

• Final-year student from Psychology, Counseling Guidance, Human Resource Management
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR administration is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage administrative documents properly
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Located in Semarang is preferred
