HR Intern

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Conduct employee check-ins and collect feedback to support retention.
• Assist in identifying employee concerns and coordinating resolutions with the HR team.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
• Support employee recognition, birthday, anniversary, and team-building activities.
• Prepare basic HR reports related to recruitment, retention, and engagement.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
