This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and talent management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and onboarding updates.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Support day-to-day recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and students pursuing or completed Graduation/Post-Graduation.
• MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, BBM, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, and Internet search.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
