What they need
Hiring: HR Intern
Location: Coimbatore
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and employees.
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Support daily HR operations and HRMS activities.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree; HR specialization preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
