HR Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Manage official emails, internal communication, and timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requirements and documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding, records, attendance, and leave management.
• Support recruitment activities such as candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Prepare basic HR reports, trackers, and documents.
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle HR matters professionally.
• Perform other HR-related responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft and manage professional emails.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per month
