HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
• Make initial screening calls and maintain candidate databases
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in drafting job postings, offer letters, and HR communications
• Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be based in Agra or willing to work from our Agra office daily
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR preferred, any graduate can apply)
• 0-1 year of experience (internship experience is a plus)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
