Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Connect with candidates to understand their interest, availability, and basic fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and status updates
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers in Excel
- Draft professional communication for candidates
- Assist with offer letters, documentation, and onboarding
