HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist with recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and other HR-related tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
