About the Role

IntelliCore is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship is suitable for freshers and students who want to gain practical experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Internshala.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates through calls and messages.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Assist in conducting initial candidate interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding and basic HR documentation.
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment and HR-related activities.
• Prepare regular work and recruitment reports.

Requirements

• Students or freshers pursuing/completed BBA, MBA, HR, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
• Responsible, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
