HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, and daily HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assist with on boarding and joining formalities.
• Support attendance, employee documentation, and HR administration.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
• Prepare basic HR reports and maintain records.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
