Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR department in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and follow up on interview schedules.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance management and onboarding processes.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and daily operations.
• Coordinate with employees and other departments as required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment activities.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.

Eligibility: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
