HR Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
• Support job postings on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and employee documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, and HR administration.
• Coordinate with candidates and employees for routine HR activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Willingness to learn and develop HR skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
