We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns who want to gain practical experience in recruitment and human resource management. ### Roles and Responsibilities - Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and other job portals. - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. - Contact candidates and conduct initial screening calls. - Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Assist with onboarding and other HR activities. - Coordinate with the HR team and complete assigned tasks on time. - Prepare daily or weekly recruitment reports. - Support the hiring process for different departments. ### Requirements - Students or graduates pursuing BBA, MBA, B.Com, or any related field are welcome. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR practices is an advantage. - Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, MS Excel, or Google Sheets is preferred. - Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a team. - A laptop or computer and a stable internet connection. ### What You Will Gain - Practical experience in recruitment and HR operations. - Improved communication and candidate-handling skills. - Exposure to real-world hiring processes. - Internship certificate and experience letter upon successful completion, subject to company policy and performance. ### Important Note .
