HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction coordination.
• Maintain and update HR databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and managing internal communications.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR functions, particularly recruitment and employee engagement.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Prior internship or project experience in HR is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
