Job Description – HR Internship

SRM Group is looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to support the Human Resources department and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and HR reports
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates / Post Graduates / Final-year students
• Open to Project Internship / Summer Internship / Post-Graduation Internship
• Male/Female candidates – both can apply
