Qualifications:
✅ Currently taking up a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course
✅ Willing to work on-site in Mandaue City, Cebu
✅ Good communication and organizational skills
✅ Willing to learn and open to new challenges
✅ Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player
✅ Must be available for an internship or OJT
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
Help schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants
Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks
Support daily HR operations
