• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for top-tier talent across various domains.

• Campus & Student Outreach: Build relationships with college placement cells and drive campus hiring drives.

• Onboarding & Culture: Design seamless onboarding experiences for new joiners and organize engaging team activities in the office.

• HR Operations: Help refine internal HR documentation, policies, and talent workflows to support team growth.

• People First: High empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and a talent for connecting with people.

• Organized Execution: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to keep candidate pipelines moving smoothly.
