Job Description – HR Recruiter Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate management, with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment-related activities.
• Support the HR team in meeting hiring targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with candidates effectively.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
