About the role
We are looking for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources department with various administrative and operational tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, records management, and general HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Help in onboarding new hires and conducting background checks
- Update and maintain employee records and databases
- Support payroll and benefits processing by gathering employee information
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with day-to-day HR functions
About you
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related course
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of HR systems or tools is a plus
