What they need
- Assist in daily HR administrative tasks, including filing, documentation and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing employment documents and conducting induction sessions.
- Assist with attendance monitoring, leave records and monthly payroll preparation.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, reports and other related documents.
- Support employee engagement activities, company events and internal communications.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee information in the HR system.
- Support the HR team in other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM2,893.33 per month
