HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in HR and recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and professional networks.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates and follow up on interview feedback.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation processes.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
• Help with daily HR administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
