HR Intern

About the role

This is an HR support role involving recruitment coordination, HR administration, employee relations assistance, HR system maintenance, and general HR support tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial phone screening of candidates, arrange and receive interviews, organize interview documents, follow up with candidates and update interview tracking sheets
• Collect onboarding and offboarding documents, file employment contracts, organize personnel files, and verify attendance data
• Assist in planning employee activities, send notifications, provide on-site support for events, and compile statistics related to employee benefits
• Enter and update employee information, prepare various HR reports and perform Excel data analysis
• Format policy documents, take meeting minutes, and complete ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned

About you

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student
• Majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields are preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with basic Excel functions (Vlookup / PivotTable) is a plus
• Good communication skills, careful and patient, strong in information sorting and well-organized
• Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and learning ability
• Prior HR internship experience is preferred
• Stable availability with guaranteed attendance; candidates who can start work ASAP are preferred
