HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment and HR operations. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in hiring, candidate management, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals.

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

* Post job openings on relevant platforms.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

* Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

* Freshers and students are welcome to apply.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

* Organised, proactive, and willing to learn.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
