HR Intern

Role- 5 days working from office.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support both Recruitment and HR Operations at Evolute Global. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Assist with job postings and candidate follow-ups.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and attendance data.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and HR communications.
• Support day-to-day HR operations while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask, follow up proactively, and work collaboratively.
