HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern / OJT Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity is ideal for students who need to complete their required internship hours and gain practical experience in human resources and office administration.

The selected intern will assist with daily HR operations while developing essential workplace skills in recruitment, employee documentation, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and hiring activities.
• Help organize and maintain employee files and HR records.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, forms, and reports.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
• Assist with attendance monitoring and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course.
• Required to complete an internship or OJT as part of the academic curriculum.
• Willing to learn and gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
