Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Stipend: Performance-Based

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are interested in building their careers in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition. This internship provides hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate management, and HR operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Contact candidates and schedule interviews with the hiring team.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and call records.

Coordinate with hiring managers and team members throughout the recruitment process.

Assist with HR documentation and basic compliance-related activities.

Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.

Meet monthly recruitment targets and contribute to hiring goals.

Eligibility Criteria

Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Stipend Structure

The monthly stipend will be based on the number of successful joinings achieved during the month.

0–4 joinings: No stipend

5–8 joinings: ₹3,000 per month

9–12 joinings: ₹5,000 per month

13–15 joinings: ₹7,500 per month

16 or more joinings: ₹10,000 per month

Internship Details

The internship will be conducted entirely from home for three months.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
