Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

About the Company

Countryside Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-driven logistics company providing domestic and international courier, cargo, and supply chain solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team with recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview timings, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Support the HR team in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Follow up with employees and candidates to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Assist in maintaining recruitment trackers and daily HR reports.
• Support other administrative and HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
