About the Internship

Zero Search is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in building their careers in Human Resource Management.

This internship is designed for students, freshers, and beginners who want to gain practical exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and basic HR operations.

Selected interns will have the opportunity to learn about recruitment processes, candidate communication, HR documentation, and other essential HR activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist the HR team with recruitment and candidate sourcing activities.

Review resumes and help identify suitable candidates for open positions.

Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and application updates.

Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.

Assist with candidate onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment records.

Support basic HR documentation and daily administrative activities.

Learn about the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to joining.

Eligibility Criteria

Students pursuing BBA, MBA, or other relevant courses are welcome to apply.

Freshers and candidates without prior HR experience can apply.

Basic written and verbal communication skills.

Interest in Human Resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.

Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work collaboratively.

Access to a laptop or smartphone and a reliable internet connection for remote work.

Internship Terms

This is a 2-month internship No fixed stipend or salary will be provided during the internship.
