Job Description

Hasan Suleman Memorial Hospital (HSMH) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources Department in day-to-day HR operations and gain practical experience in hospital HR management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel file management.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other official documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and general HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn and maintain confidentiality.
