Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Support employee engagement activities, celebrations and Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
• Help prepare HR letters, reports, policies and other HR documents.
• Coordinate with employees and departments for routine HR-related requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a B'Com, BA or BBA, or a relevant degree.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.
